Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of MuseProtect, a script access-control and delivery service operated through your own deployment.

Service use

You are responsible for the scripts, keys, users, and communities you manage. You must have the rights necessary to upload and distribute every payload. Do not use MuseProtect to distribute malware, steal credentials, evade platform enforcement, or violate applicable law.

Accounts and security

Keep your account password, service tokens, API keys, loader secrets, and Discord credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify the operator if credentials are compromised and rotate them promptly.

Licenses and keys

Keys are access credentials for the script and duration configured by the account owner. A key may be paused, expired, reset, or blacklisted. Buyers should contact the script owner for purchase, refund, or account disputes.

Availability and limits

MuseProtect is provided without an uptime guarantee in this initial release. Vercel, Turso, Resend, Discord, and other providers may impose their own limits. Protection controls reduce casual abuse but cannot guarantee that runtime code will never be inspected.

Acceptable content

Do not upload personal data, secrets, or content you do not control. You remain responsible for compliance with Roblox rules, Discord rules, privacy laws, and any sales obligations.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
